This notice describes information submitted through CastIQ’s forms and how the app currently handles it. Personal information is not sold.
Call Sheet
The signup stores your email address and submission source and date in CastIQ’s Teable base so it can be used for future CastIQ updates. Email delivery has not started and no newsletter is sent. There is no automatic deletion schedule; signup records remain until manually removed.
Correction requests
The correction form stores your email, correction text, public evidence URL, and any linked record, so the request can be reviewed. Submitting a request does not itself change a public record. There is no automatic deletion schedule; requests remain until manually removed.
Job submissions
The employer form stores the job title, employer, employer type, location, application URL, expiry date, submission date, and payment state. Submissions remain private unless and until payment and activation occur. If a listing is published, its listing details and application URL are public. CastIQ does not collect job applicants’ information through the application link. There is no automatic deletion schedule; submission records remain until manually removed.
General contact
The contact form stores your name, email address, and message in a private CastIQ review queue to respond to questions, removal concerns, or partnership inquiries. There is no automatic deletion schedule; messages remain until manually removed.
Retention and deletion requests
These form records are stored in CastIQ’s Teable base. No automated retention or deletion process is configured. To request deletion, use the contact formand identify the submission and email address involved. Requests are handled manually; a request does not delete a public record source.
